About the Foundation

Sevadhenu and Education Foundation is a non-profit and charitable organization dedicated to social welfare, education, animal protection, and environmental sustainability.

The foundation works to uplift underprivileged communities and promote compassion, responsibility, and harmony between humans, animals, and nature. Founded with a deep sense of purpose, we believe that every act of service—however small—creates a ripple of lasting change across generations.

From mass tree plantation drives to rural education programs, we work at the grassroots level to create meaningful, sustainable impact across India.

Founder & Chairperson, Sevadhenu and Education Foundation

At the heart of Sevadhenu and Education Foundation lies the vision and compassion of its founder, Pooja Sahu—a leader driven not just by purpose, but by a deep spiritual belief in karma, service, and humanity.

Pooja Sahu's journey is rooted in the simple yet profound idea that giving is the highest form of living. Raised with strong values of empathy and responsibility, she developed an early connection with both people and nature. Her reverence for cows—as symbols of unconditional love, nurturing, and selfless giving—shaped her philosophy of life and inspired her mission to protect and care for them.

A passionate advocate for women empowerment, she strongly believes that empowering a woman empowers an entire generation. Her vision extends to the future—where education is not just about knowledge, but about values, awareness, and purpose.

Yugal Kishor

Board Member, Sevadhenu and Education Foundation

Yugal Kishor is an experienced farmer with deep knowledge of agriculture and rural practices. He is also a talented Bundeli folk musician and has practical experience in event management. Known for his humble nature and positive behavior, he brings strong community connection and valuable grassroots insights to the board.

As a board member, he contributes with his leadership skills, clear thinking, and grassroots-level understanding of rural challenges. He actively supports initiatives related to rural development, education, and environmental sustainability.

He believes in combining business experience with social responsibility to create meaningful and long-term impact in the community.

Roshan Ahirwar

Board Member, Sevadhenu and Education Foundation

Roshan Ahirwar is a deeply committed community leader with a strong sense of social responsibility and an unwavering dedication to uplifting the underprivileged. His roots in rural India have given him a firsthand understanding of the challenges faced by marginalized communities, making his perspective invaluable to the foundation's work.

As a board member, Roshan actively contributes to guiding the foundation's welfare programs and community outreach initiatives. His compassionate approach and collaborative mindset make him a trusted voice for the communities the foundation serves.

He firmly believes that real change comes from within communities—by empowering people with education, dignity, and opportunity—and is committed to making that vision a reality through sustained grassroots action.
